Back to the archives

Soundbounder reminded me a something I did more than 10 years back for a friend who was dying of AIDS.
It is a painting of a lighthouse on the Maryland shore that I visited with her grandfather the year i gave it to her.
When she died she asked that I have it back to remember her by.

Happy Holidays to you. I appreciate your comment.

I am glad blogging is helping in your recovery. This isn't the same, but I was in a car accident in which I suffered a concussion so severe that my brain stem swelled. I couldn't work for a year and to this day, I have trouble with short term recall.

It's a great painting.
I too, have memories of a friend who passed away that I associate with particular spots along the water.
I haven't figured out a way to write about them yet.

Happy Easter!
