Hope you have a lovely gathering and celebration. Happy New Year from sunny Singapore!! May 2013 bring you much joy and happiness!
Damn Joey, I should have went to your house for New Year's Eve. That Greek Platter is making my mouth water. I hope this year brings you all the happiness a man can bear. You deserve it! xoxo
Oh yum! Happy New Year to you!
Hi there - it's great to see the pics of your food. That brisket sure has some colour on it! What did you use?
Happy New Year!
For those interested - the brisket is a 24 hour slow cooked - with my own "rub". The rub has some heat from dried chilpote peppers, salt, paprika, black pepper and a bit of sugar. I smoke using 3 hard woods - Cherry, Maple and Hazelnut (since i don't have Hickory. The brisket is smoked at less than 225 for 6 hourse, then becausei have a hardtime keeping the fire going over night, I bring the brisket indoors, place it is a baking pan with apple juice and beer and cook for the additional 18 hours covered.
Hey Happy New Year Joey....will I be invited if I in your country heheheh.. :D
Cheers!!
