The flowers are lovely. Thanks for the comment re avocado - I have only occasionally cooked it - it has a very different flavour when cooked. I do like it smushed up on toast with salt and lots of pepper.
Yes, it is a kind of gift. Our communal garden is very green this year but there seem to be fewer flowers around. I'm trying to work out why.
