A scene from last autumn
when the wind blew
and the temperatures plummeted so low.
The photo evokes the image that i can not paint.
It has more emotion in its single frame,
than all my attempts to create emotions with brush and canvas.
I can not do more than this,
especially in the watercolor media i use.
i wish i could,
but maybe the photo speaks more
than a painting ever could.
