after the celebration i am a bit blah

Easter, the Western one,
for the Eastern orthodox Easter is more than a month away,
was a great celebration!
While i prepared because i believed i would be the primary cook for 12 people,
a last minute addition of 3 more people brought more food than we could all eat.
