These days bring back so many fond memories!
The sun, again,
even the darkness of work could not stop it.
Bringing me back to a time and place long ago and far away.
A place that i can not visit anymore.
Houston,
with my Dad,
in an "undeveloped area,
hunting dove.
The air and temperature and brightness all seemed to be the same
and i missed them all.

Oh, Joey, I love these connections in time that live within us. I had one the other day, late afternoon, napping fully clothed in the soft light. A child. Sick, yes, and a mom busy around me but I was safe. Warm and safe.
